Working Around a Dead Fob
- Look for a small release latch and push it
- Pull out the emergency key
- Unlock the doors
- Look for a key fob port to start the car
- Push the Start/Stop button
- If you Nissan does not have a port, place the fob against the Start/Stop button
Changing Nissan Fob Battery
- Push the small release latch and remove the emergency key
- Remove the key housing and get the old battery out
- Remember how the batter came out
- Place a new battery inside
- Reassemble the key fob and test to make sure it is working
