The Evolution of Nissan Design Language: The Nissan Ariya Concept
Designed around a single horizon line, the Nissan Ariya in Edmonton, AB, is an all-electric concept SUV with sleek wide front fenders, a new front shield grille, and super-thin LED headlights. A departure from the traditional SUV, it embodies the evolution of Nissan's Intelligent Mobility. It will feature a three-inch wider stance than the Nissan Rogue, however, measure four inches shorter.
The interior of the Ariya personifies the Japanese notion of beauty with interior visuals that mirror a modest yet timeless design. The implementation of a futuristic and minimal interior design language results in the removal of every button possible in the quest for a smooth dashboard. A Kumiko pattern makes up the door trims, while copper accents provide a futuristic quality and welcoming illumination that delivers the Nissan Experience. Interior and exterior design information is preliminary, though the production vehicle will be launched via live stream sometime this year.
