1. Does Nissan Finance Used Cars?
Absolutely. NCF offers a wide range of financing options whether you choose to finance a pre-owned Nissan or non-Nissan vehicle that is no older than five years and has less than 125,000 km. This is all subject to credit approval.
2. How much can I get for my trade-in?
There are many factors that can affect the value of your trade. Our trade-in experts will look at the year, model, mileage, vehicle condition, and options. Of course, to get a better idea, you can always check independent vehicle value guides. However, the best way to obtain a correct value is to allow West End Nissan to complete a vehicle survey.
3. What if I can no longer afford the payment on my account?
If you cannot complete your monthly payments, contact NCF and your dealer to advise them of the situation. Your dealer may be able to trade you into a more affordable vehicle.
4. How do I notify NCF if I am moving?
Contact NCF customer service at 1800-268-6499 as soon as possible to let them know of the change. They are open Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 8:00 pm EST.
5. Can I pay more than the monthly payment amount?
Yes. If you feel you can make a principal payment on your loan balance, send a separate cheque to Nissan Canada Finance at 5290 Orbitor Drive Mississauga, Ontario L4W 4Z5 to the Attention: Customer Service. Make sure to state in the Memo field: principal-only payment. Contact us for more information.
